Deliveries within Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi - flat rate of 25 AED on purchases below 150 AED. Deliveries within Umm Al-Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain - charge a flat rate of 35 AED on purchases below 250AED. Free delivery above 150 and 250 AED are already configured. Just have to add a check on flat rate since the default flat rate settings allow Postcodes, but UAE doesn't allow postcodes. We need to add check on cities. Also have to hide some fields/labels just minor fix. budget usd 10.
