We need to build a Live Streaming web app platform similar to [login to view URL] with a few added features and enhancements. We need to be able to - Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously (Facebook, YouTube, Periscope, Twitch, and custom RTMP outputs) - Ability to Show Facebook, Youtube, Twitch comments live on the stream - Ability to send participants a link so that we can add their video to the live stream on the screen. Need to have up to 6 people at one time - Ability to create and add lower thirds and logo overlays for the live stream within the web app. - Ability to broadcast a video file from a local computer We are open to the Stack used to build the system. We would like a fixed price quote and timeline to build this system.
