I need to create a admin portal which i can manage or i can monitor other people's telegram channel. It need to communicate with Telegram API to have the following functions, 'join' any channel when i type in the channel address, then 'listen' to any messages coming out of that channel, and all the message that from that channel are stored to an api endpoint. it is like creating a robot monitoring any telegram channel.
