Solve problems in a Web shop Oscommerce based

This project is to improve our current web shop and solve some bugs. The webshop is based on OScommerce 2.3.4 with Magnus theme (responsive) installed. Currently the following problems need to be solved 1. When placing an order, the products in the [login to view URL] file in the admin sided is displayed twice even so the order total is correct. This needs to be solved 2. There are 2 addons that you need to install and verify it is working (order edit and create order). The addons are available already so you just need to install and verify 3. There is an addon installed (stock update) but it is not functioning as it should 4. We will need to make some modifications to the [login to view URL] file (add some fields etc) and the stock update addon (to manage the stock) so you will take care of that 5. We will need to make some modifications in the database and the php files in order to create some reports from the data base to be displayed in the [login to view URL] file 6. The payment by credit card has an error, it converts the total amount to the default currency but still keep the currency that the customer chose, so if the order is for 209 € when the customer is taken to the payment window then the amount is 2231 € (in fact the 2231 is equal to the value of 209 € but in SEK which is the default currency in the shop). You need to solve this problem 7. There is i GeoIP addon installed but it is not functioning. The GeoIP is supposed to switch the language and the currency of the shop based on the visitor’s IP address 8. You need to configure the website to display the prices based on certain tax (19%) when the visitor’s IP address is from Germany while otherwise the website will display the prices with 25% tax 9. The work will be done based on copying the current files in the web shop to a development site where all work will be done and when it is fixed then it will be implement on the web shop because the web shop is currently alive (active) 10.
