Small project to finish People Counting software for Raspberry Pi

Small budget as only one line of code not working---the url structure is incorrect for google forms I have followed the instructions here [login to view URL] I have the program working to the point of being able to send the data to google forms but i experience and error. I have the google form set up and working. please see the code attached.
