Simple Website Changes Needed

Hello, I have a classifieds website that needs some simple fixes completed. Here are the things that I need to be completed: 1. There are 3 columns that contain categories/subcategories. Information is only showing up in the first 2 columns. So I need you to fix the columns so information appears in all 3. 2. Contact Page. My site currently does not have a contact page. I need you to add in a seperate contact page with a simple form for submitting emails to my address. Form should contain Name, Email Address, Email Category, Subject. 3. Refer A Friend Page. Add in a seperate page where users can enter in their friends email addresses and refer them to my website. I should be able to edit the subject of this email from the admin section of my site. 4. Move Search Fields. Currently Search fields/questions only appear on one part of my website. I need to have these fields moved to another part of my site. I believe this should only be a matter of copying and pasting the HTML code as needed. These are the changes that I need. I need to get this done ASAP.
