Silent Print RTF Data or Files

I need a DLL for Windows .Net 2.0 that prints richtextbox data to a local printer with no operator intervention and no window display. It should have a single, no parameter constructor and one method Print(data) where data is a string containing RTF encoded text data (see attached). Once instantiated, it should remain active as the main program will call this DLL repeatedly. If necessary, a dispose method can be included and called when the main program is is closing. What would be nice, but not required, is a command line .exe file incorporating the above DLL that accepts one command line paramater; the full path and name of a file containing RTF data (as per attached).
