Hello, In this location [login to view URL] are prezented links like this: [login to view URL] This page does not update on a patern, and click on some link return an mht file. Mht has few Sheets I need someone to wrote an php script to run on crontab at every 12 hours in order to: 1. Get each coresponding mht file 2. Parse the content and normalize 3. Insert the informations into 12 separate Mysql tmp_tables coresponding to each location 4. At next run compare the mht info with mysql and insert/update only by difference An second php script will run on crontab daily in order to agregate /concatenate all the informations from 12 tables in just 1 table different from the twelve need to be created.

Hi, With making a parser, extracting data and saving in database and compare at rerun with all these tasks this job can't be doable in $30. Please let me know if you have budget of $150 I can do it in exactly similar way you want. But if you have limited budget i can provide a intermediate php file where if your provide the URL of target and if it's a .mht file it can normalize and return back html table which you can present in a div in your website page.
