This is actually a 30 minutes Job, but if you go to your server, you can do this: 1. Login in SSH 2. execute this command: cd /var/www/html/suitecrm 3. Execute this command (semicolon included): find ./var -type d -exec chmod 775 {} \; This will fix the issue for all the directories, making them available to write by the group and the current user, but not from external sources. :D regards!
