Modify Plugin to include in theme

There is a plugin that I would like modified so that I can include it my theme directly. This way it will not be accessible via the plugin page or updatable, so that I can simply send the theme files to necessary clients. This is the plugin: [login to view URL] Aside from going through the plugin and making coding changes, if there are any unique ways to accomplish this I'm all ears. If possible I'd also like to change the name that appears in the admin, but that is optional.
