Hello there I have more than 10 years experience in php hence the low bid. I am proposing symfony for your project or drupal. Both have advantages and disadvantages. However both have libraries ready for this task. The case in drupal, it is more or less ready out of the box. However for symfony there is a bit of work required. If you are requiring custom solution then symfony is better for bespoke solutions. May I ask what framework are you using? Looking forward to your response
