Magento Expert needed for Magento 1.9.3.0

Hi there, 4 quick fix issues : First: we have an issue with our Magento we would like you to solve it. We dont know if it has to do with upgrade, those criticial issues etc. When clients go on [login to view URL] , the persian and also the english side , when they get into the step of uploading property , suddenly the website changes to admin panel. Apprantly there is a configuration issue or we need to update or it comes from server. Second: Also we would need you to do a configuration > We have an option in Admin --> Airhotels -> Configuration -> NEXMO --> enable and configure it. Now, once the user entered the phone number, an OTP will be sent for verification. Please verify the userguide page number 21. link : [login to view URL] third. We configured recently a blog through Plesk panel of Iransguest.com. It is a word press, we just need you to put a button on [login to view URL] for blog for English and Persian site, so when clients click on it they will get redirected to blog site. Kindly check yourself first to understand the issue and I will hire you after your detailed explanation to fix it. fourth: We want you to specify a note under the field for users to enter the phone number format on [login to view URL] . Either it should 00 or no 00 needed, we dont know it yet but we need to specify it there. Best Regards
