Magento Dropship, Direct Ship

Please understand I am a developer, so I understand how long this should take. Bids set too high will not even be considered. This is a relatively small job, I just have explained it in detail, so read it rather than quoting based on the length of the text. I need a custom extension built for Magento that will allow us to assign products on client orders to be added to a list that will be emailed to supplies to tell them to ship the product to us. It must be as an extension - cannot modify core files. Here is what I need: 1. In the Admin, a new menu "Vendors." I will be able to add, edit, and remove them. Vendors: List vendors here. Buttons at the top: (Send Today's Orders) (Add Vendor) Here you can add/edit/delete vendors. The fields will be: Brand Name, Email (can put multiple separated by comma), Contact Name, and multi-select to say which product brands apply (from product attribute), Send (manual/automatic), Send Time, Shipping Company Preferred (text field). 2. A sub-menu "Settings" that goes to the configuration section, and that will allow me to set any settings related. 3. A sub-menu "Purchase Orders," that lists purchase orders and allows for them to be sent to vendors. (here it would list purchase orders). Listed by PO #, Vendor Name, Status: Ready/Sent). When one of these orders are pulled up, it will list the products ordered (sku, qty, product name, price, order number). (The order number is the number of the CUSTOMER order that the product came from and should be clickable to bring up that order). There will be a button at the top that says "Send PO" if the order isn't sent. 4. Drop Shipments: (here it will list orders for dropshippers): Listed by (DropShip Order ID, Vendor Name, Customer Name, Status) When one is pulled up, it will list: The Customer information (Name, shipping address, city, state, zip). (this is clickable to take it to the customer order). The Products (qty, name) 5. It will use the standard Magento Transactional Emails to let me edit the two emails it would send. 6. When viewing an actual customer's order, the status can be set for each product. 7. When an order comes in, it will automatically set the product status as follows: If there is inventory of the product: Inventory. If the product is set as backorder in Magento: Backorder Otherwise, set as: OTS.
