Little CPA type of site. [ with CPAEmpire ]

im looking to have a little website where I can have affiliates who would promote offers from My Site [ the offers would come from the CPAEmpire company ofcurse. [ probably using SOAP API as far as I know :) ] I'd like to take an offer from cpaempire with my link to it ofcurse and put in the system, then my affiliates would be able to grab the link and promote it and get paid [ I'd get paid from CPAEmpire and I'd pay my affiliates ]. It need to be a very simple and easy to work with script. ofcurse script would need to track the leads from the offers the affiliates promoting so id know how much they should be paid. * Need the work done A.S.A.P!
