Structure 1. There should be 1 participant named “lawyer”. Several users will then be assigned this participant 2. Drop down select from array in trial_type list. 4. Assigned lawyer. Users Lists 1. Circumscription. Text 2. City. Text 3. Jurisdiction. Text 4. Shift. Text 5. Secretariat. Text 6. Trial_type. Text. Each option in this list must relate to an array of data. The elements of the array should be {name, days}. For example, let’s say trial_type has 2 elements: 1. Executive, 2. Judicial. The element Executive must have associated an array such as {notification, 18; reply; 5; presentation, 20; opinion, 5}. The elements notification, reply, presentation, opinion should be taken as the options for a dropdown in the form which will be named “stages”. The numbers associated to each name in the array will be the number of days to finish the task. How it should work 1. One of the layers (participant) can open a new case by filling out the form. 2. The assigned lawyer can then continue the case by uploading more files 3. When the stage is finished, there should be an option to “go to next stage” 4. Only when case is created the stage should be a dropdown menu. After that there should only be a button to go to the next stage. 5. If some time passed after a new stage was created, an alert should be sent by email to all users showing that the stage is overdue. The time for each stage is in trial_type array. Reports We need to see the following reports 1. A list of cases showing items Circumscription, Stage, assigned lawyer, due date 2. For a specific case, a list of stage updates and the corresponding date
