iOS/Android modification required -- 3

Existing fully coded dating app on iPhone and Android needs two (2) modifications. Requirement: 1) I need a professional developer to modify existing dating app to create a system that allows for the profile picture and the potential match on the phone of (User A) to be viewable/available offline. Eg. if 4G or Wifi is down, the ability to scroll through matches and acknowledge them should be available. When (User A) goes back online, that data should sync to server and notify (User B) of the match. 2) Matches need to be able to locate people nearby that don't have the app and send them a push notification to join the app to find their match a. (User A) will login to the app b. If a potential match has an facebook account and their GPS tracker locates them in the vicinity or nearby, they should appear in 'matches screen' c. If you click yes, a facebook notification is sent to the potential match saying "Congratulations, this app has found a potential match for you, click the link to connect"  --->Similar to adding fb friends d. When the link is clicked, (User B) is directed to the App Store and will download the app  e. After being downloaded, (User B) app should deep link straight to the match screen to show the user who invited them f. When they say 'yes', the connection is made. Only experienced developers in iPhone and Android should apply. YOU MUST READ THE PROJECT SCOPE and provide a legible proposal to be considered for this project.
