Hi, The two things you need are really easy to do. Just needs a bit of jQuery and CSS, and of course if you want the ticker to be dynamic, it has to use AJAX. I mean if you want the ticker to be updated without the need to refresh the page, it needs AJAX, which in turn needs javascript. so... It's all javascript and that's what I'm good at.
