Gravity Forms snippet for gracity flow

Looking for a nice way to improve automation on my gravity flow process. At this moment, i have a process that i need to do manually and could be automated, but i cant figure yet how to do in GF. I took some extra free time to work on a platform that i think could help some environmental stakeholders. It is now on beta test and this function could help on its automation. GV Forms: ORGANIZATIONS, OPPORTUNITIES, BIDS So, i have some waste recycling organizations on a form "ORGANIZATIONS", that combine important information about what type of waste they actually are able to receive for process and am entry form "OPPORTUNITIES" that people posts opportunities of waste materials for recycling. When someone posts some waste materials for recycling (an OPPORTUNITIES entry), at my approval process, i manually verify all information in order to be sure about data consistence and i select (hidden check box field 'sendto_orgs') witch organizations will receive this lead for process on a new form called "BIDS" Field 'sendto_orgs_select' hidden checkbox on "OPPORTUNITIES" form is already populated and i select to who i would like to send and create a new entry at "BIDS" selecting this user as owner creation, mapping parent "OPPORTUNITIES" ID and two more fields. On this action, a text filed named 'sendto_orgs_text' is created with encapsulated "ORGANIZATIONS" users ID like this: u1u, u11u, u31 ... (users 1, user 11, user31 ...) That is what i got on my form "OPPORTUNITIES' flow? Step name forORG31 type new entry with conditional rule if 'sendto_orgs_text' contains "u31u" with create a new entry at "BIDS" mapping parent "OPPORTUNITIES" ID, "created by' as '31' and two more fields. For each "ORGANIZATIONS" form user, i have one line step for it. Each time i add a new "ORGANIZATIONS" user, i need to manually edit flow at "OPPORTUNITIES' form and add an step like 'Step name forORG31" So, i would like to quote a nice code/snippet solutions that solves this issue.
