Whenever a customer tries to process an order, there appears an error code on the site and it doesn't give a quote for the shipping price. I believe this is a configuration problem so it shouldn't be a greater problem than to set the correct info but it might also have something to do with coding so I need someone confident enough in this matter to be able to fix it for me. I need customers to receive the right price quotes for the shipping based on their shipping info.
