Enhance xCALLY contact centre software

Dear programers, We are SME CO. that is planing to use xCALLY contact center to perform our clients contacts. Initially, we want to connect the xCALLY with Plivo and ClickSend to be able to send SMS to Saudi Mobile Phones. Plivo and ClickSend are already supported by xCALLY as it allow the integration via a few GUI steps. Also, we want to activate TTS function to be able to make automatic call that speak certain information such as Date/Time & reference number. The tts function will speak/ read text to speach from certain file/ database. This function is available via TTS built-in software such google-TTS.
