Elimination Bracketing added to existing web site

Existing web site with event program all ready built. Need to now develop option for user listing their event to pay for additional add on feature of using content from that event to build a double or triple elimination bracketing program that is usable in a three stage development process. All three stages need developed! Stage one pulls existing data from event, allows for additional fields to be developed, and allows editing. Stage two allows registration of user by a look up of existing users and capability of adding user on the fly. Stage two then allows summary display screen to appear while user is selected where they can add classes they wish to enter, calculates fees paid, and is editable. Stage three is where competition categories are selected during tournament and when entered the competitors in that category are placed against one another. Winners are selected and the looser is then automatically placed in a looser's bracket. When tournament is finalized then the results are sent back to the original event. This is a complex program needed so competitors are placed into their next match against others with the same amount of looses. End looser's are then ranked in each category. The site will be developed on a beta site where all current work can be reviewed as development continues. Great communication in English language is a must.
