Hello , I am Savan ... I have read your post. We have built live streaming app on ios at that we have used the uploaded videos calculation etc. What i can do for you is i am able to provide script using that you can calculate total hours of uploaded video = total time of video using PHP. Now most calculative part will comes like when 1 user have joined the video at 11.00 and another is joining at 11,15 then video should start from the same time 11.15 ... i also have that part done in php as we have already developed the live stream app for ios.
