Custom Wordpress and WooCommerce Plugin to Check Sale Price

Okay, so I have a Wordpress installation with WooCommerce on top of it. I enter in products and have them setup as "External/Affiliate" products. Each of these products link to a Google Play Store Android application where it pulls down some data. I input a "Regular Price" as well as a "Sale Price" into the External/Affiliate section within WooCommerce and then display it on the website. However, I do not know when an application is no longer on sale and I want a plugin that can automate this. I wouldn't even mind(and actually prefer) that I go into the plugin page and manually start a scan of all the published posts. The custom plugin that I want will need to grab a link that is put into a custom field called 'store-link-google' and then visit that link to check the current price. If the current price does not match what the 'sale price' is for within WooCommerce, then I need the custom plugin to create a list of those posts that do not match. At this time, the Sale Price isn't listed in a custom field because it is within WooCommerce, but if I need to create a custom field to put in the Sale Price, then I can do that So, say there are 10 out of the 100 products that I have listed on [login to view URL] that are no longer on sale. I will want the plugin to list all 10 of those posts, either in a results page or a reports page or something. I would then like to be able to quickly go to the edit page for those posts(individually, via a link) so that I can unpublish those and keep them as a draft. This plugin also needs to run successfully on a moderately spec'd shared hosting plan(1and1) Please let me know if you have any questions whatsoever because I want things to be clear before I hire a person.
