Custom WordPress system to fetch details from Teamwork & Timedoctor

Hey Guys. I need a custom WordPress solution which can offer the below-listed features. 1: Users can be registered by admin (Native User registration of WordPress) 2: A Frontend Form that can fetch all users of specific user role in a dropdown list and in frontend, admin can select that specific user and then admin can upload a project progress report file and some additional info and once the form is submitted then this submitted file and form details directly submit to selected user dashboard and user can access those details from his/her dashboard. 3: This solution can connect using API with Teamwork and can access the teamwork data based on the user ID/Email in wordpress (Same email will be available on Teamwork user profile as well.) and if the user is found on both platform (WordPress and teamwork) then this solution can pull the most recent details of the client's project running in teamwork to WordPress user dashboard. 4: This solution can connect Timedoctor and should work the same way as teamwork will do and can access the screenshots and logged time in Timedoctor to WordPress user dashboard.
