hey i want a software that will help check bulk proxies which i import via .txt or excel and check which ones are working and which are not only with [login to view URL], working ones should get filtered and should be downloadable via .txt or excel. should be simple and work properly dont want broken product. Web based will be better or whatever u think is good.

Hi I am a student who is good at coding In python and I have done lot of projects in Web scraping an d Web mining this project can be done using python by which we can read the input file and using mechanize library we can connect to Internet using the proxy address from file and we can open the [login to view URL] and if it open then we can write output in a way you like and finally compile all the code and using vb.net I can create a user interface and finally give you a windows software which can be directly used and even I will see to the error handling also. I have already done a project similar using proxies and checking if [login to view URL] works and hence I can modify it to instagram and give it to you in 2 -3 hrs.
