Build A Pick'em Site.

Hey guys, I am looking for a pick'em style site. I need to be able to have users register. They need to be able to login and it has to save information that the user has picked. The actual website just needs sections so users can pick one option out of four (or more). These options to be editable. Each option will contain a rank/value that also needs to be editable. Users will pick one option out of various groups. The values they all pick from these groups will have a total. I need it to show that total. I'd love an option to create different groups. Users could sign up for one group and the information they pick in this group would be different than another group that they signed up for. It's really a basic project. I don't need images or any of that stuff. Just a simple, bare bones working backend code that works. I remember doing something back in a College class, so I don't think it would be too much work for you guys. Once I pick one of you guys, then we can really go over the details for what I want. This could be an ongoing project as well if you were interested on continuing work.
