Build me a custom Wordpress plug-in and front-end visualizations

I have a SQL database on my server and a table in that database is updated by a .NET core application every 30 minutes. The table contains data about matches between players in a specific trading card game, i.e. match date/winner/loser/cards played/decktypes used/etc. I also have Wordpress installed as the front-end of my site. My problem is I don't know how to read, write, or manipulate data in SQL databases to calculate / determine anything, so I have no way to know i.e. what the most popular decktype used between a set of dates unless I export the table as a spreadsheet and do a bunch of fancy formulas on it. But I'd like to publishing it on the web instead. I imagine the first step I need to do is create an API so some code I paste into my WordPress editor (ie. shortcodes, HTML, JavaScript, etc are all OK) can read and write to tables within the database and ultimately retrieve the right information for the right tables and visualizations on the site. I also imagine this API has to be detailed enough to do all the proper calculations, logic, etc. that I will happily explain as we work together on this. The next step would be to create very pretty tables and charts and graphs based on that data, with a strong emphasis on dynamic content that can be interacted with and even affected by URL modifiers in some cases. Either way, I have in mind 6 specific pages that again contain user inputs and links that dynamically alter individual or multiple pieces of content on the page without needing to refresh, can use URL modifiers in some cases, and more. I've attached marked up images to help clarify what I'm looking for. If necessary, the .NET core application can be reconfigured to write to a table in the Wordpress database directly. If this is something you can do, let's talk about your price and timetable for the soonest possible delivery! I'm hoping to start this ASAP and structure milestones around one page at a time to make sure we share similar visions, and again I'd like to be intimately involved with explaining the actual logic behind what each table and chart is supposed to show.
