I have a site that is almost ready for launch. However, I need an image link on the home page. I want the image to link to a certain website. I also need it to be responsive and centered on the bottom of the home page (referred to as welcome page in script). I also need a menu link that goes to the same site added to the menu (Next to menu link "Discover").
