Sports League Database

What I need is a fully functional sports league site to be use for online gaming. The design of the site will be handled by us, but we need someone to build the MySQL database that will power the site. The sports needed for the site our Football and Basketball, so a database will have to be able to handle such functions as recording Team Scores, Player Stats, Team Standings, Team Schedules, Team Stats. These stats include areas of math such as "averages" and "percentages" And be able to display what is recording in a number of different manners throughout the website. We would need a login system that can handle 3 user levels. And those are Admin/Team Owner, Moderator/Team Owner, Team Owner. The admin control panel would have to have the ability to handle the tasks of, making a schedule, adding and removing of "Moderators" and "Team Owner", adding and removing of Teams and Players of the respective sports. Team Owners, would also need a "profile" page for them to post info required by the site. Fields such as Age, name, hometown etc etc...
