I need a script like [login to view URL] basically I want to start a service that takes paypal in exchange for people being allowed to get feedback on their website. So a person can come to the script, sign up, choose what feedback they want, then post code on their website to have a pop for customers to fill out. Then they can login to the script and see the feedback. The forms need to have a captcha to avoid spam. The script needs to be able to do one feedback form for free and any additional ones for a yearly paypal fee. I want the script to be simple but solid. It will be on [login to view URL]
