Looking for Web Designers From Ahmedabad, India(repost)

Hello ... I am in need of a Web Designer fluent with xhtml/css , J query skills. Knowledge of .net would be a bonus. Designing companies please do not bid. Currently I need one Psd converted into a xtml/Css Template. This will also have a Jquery slider. I will show the design to interested parties once they bid.
