The other is where each possession will get it's own web site, and allow for easy transfer of ownership in the case of selling or giving the item away. A large application of the service will be lost-and-found services, but it is also hoped the site can be used to track previous owners of cars, pets to ask related questions. Some examples of items to be tagged with the unique URLs might be mobile phones, glasses, iPods, books, and bicycles. However people may also engrave jewelry or even tattoo their pets with their unique URL.
