format is missing when generating the xml

I have got a problem with my PHP script. I'm using the [login to view URL] to generating the xml output where I have the list of format like 20140519000000. I have the last programme for each channel which is missing. If I remove the $stoptime = $starttime;, I will get the list of programme without being missing, but the problem is if i use the if($flag==0), I will get the missing format at the top of the xml in the start="" while I will get the list of programme without being missing . And at the start for each channel the format will be incorrect if I use the if($flag==0). I need your help to fix the bugs to allow me to have the list of format and programme without being missing. If you can fix the bugs for $20 I will be very grateful.
