Flash chat (text+audio+video) like 123flashchat....

I need somebody who can create flash chat client who look nice like 123flashchat ([login to view URL]) and also with same features (maybe some we`ll change) and who work very good (on 123flashchat site they tell that 123flashchat on one simple server-like 1GB ram/one cpu can support over 1000 users)... 123flashchat on server side using java chat server and maybe now better to use FMS (flash media server) or red5 also for text messages like for audio/video... You must know that I`ll not pay before I see demo, all must be stable, quick and without bugs! Also, I`ll need instant messenger (one to one chat) also like on [login to view URL]!
