I need a website that a store owner can drag and drop images one by one to the website and after each drop he could enter current price and lowered price (discounted price) for this image and for sure a title and a small description for the item. He should also be able to say the discount on this and this and this will be expired on data xx/xx/xx time xx:xx:xx. further, since this is a general website everyone (mostly the store owners) can come in and register and start uploading images and prices. lastly these data (image and the rest of data) should be available as xml or json using REST api.
