Build simple html website with automated interface for delivery of data

Need simple HTML / XML website created with automated interface for delivery of data. Data bases are U.S. zip code and automated interface. All data bases supplied by me. Log In capabilities for customer accounts to modify their company information and billing info. Admin Log In capabilities also. Example websites available upon request. ## Deliverables This should be modeled off of some other sites and the page count is the home page(with menu) and any functioning pages. Some forms may need to be created to input info. I will add all of the content/info pages myself. The automated interface will be added to most every page in the site, so I will need to know how to add it to each page I create. The example/model sites are available upon request.
