add html_quickform to PHP project

This project is to improve the architecture of a system known as "osBB", which I've attached to this bid request. For this particular project, I would like you to make the following upgrades: Integration of DB_DataObject_FormBuilder to enable rapid application development (the system already uses DB_DataObject): [login to view URL] 2) Convert all existing pages & forms so that they use DB_DataObject_FormBuilder. Please ensure that a high standard of coding quality is used. It may be necessary to also add in the "HTML_QuickForm_CAPTCHA" class for the registration form (this is another Pear class that should be easy to add in). You're welcome to add any other Pear classes that are needed. NOTE: I doubt this project will take more than a few days to complete. I would prefer bids under $100 if possible, but I'm willing to consider any bid up to $500. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
