wordpress theme customization: 1-sidebar resizing and 2-header gif creation

1-we need the secondary sidebar (the smaller widget sidebar on the left) to be widened by about 10 pixels. we would like it to be in line with the our logo on the upper left (the logo on the left side in the header gif). -please keep the middle content body area the same width. just make the other widget sidebar area on the right smaller 2-we need a gif made fro the header 960X140 (the images are already this size). the gif is needs to made from 5 images we will send you. -the gif. needs to be a slideshow with a fade effect between images We need this completed in 1-2 hours
