wordpress post creation script

I am looking for someone to write a php script using wordpress's hooks and filters which will create a post after taking in the following values/variables (if I missed anything.. let me know!) 1. Post Title 2. Post Content 3. Post Category (1 or more) 4. Post Permalink 5. Post Tags (1 or more) 6. set Status = Published 7. Published Date 8. set Visibility = public Custom Field variables 9. rata_contentid,value = 0; 10 . rata_videomax, value = 4 11. rata_imagemax, value = 4 12. rata_rssmax, value 10
