Wordpress - Can't publish posts (error 403)

I really want this project plzzzzzzzzzzzzz qtranslate plugin Version 2.5.3 that we activated (and we need). WP version is 4.1 if problem with qtranslate then this is not possible, else I can fix it in few hours only but will charge you only for 1 hour. and ready to do it in only 10 euro if you can hire me for hourly project just for 1 hour, cuz fixed costs projects are expensive in case of tax, while hourly are cheaper for freelancers. do u have enough space? u can test by disabling plugin. its a backend error its usually related to space. let me know then i can have a look at it
