Make an editable Photoshop mockup of men underwear

I need a Photoshop mockup that I can use to preview my future products. Similar to those you can find on graphicriver : [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Usually it's on tshirt but mine is for men underwear. I need two mockups : - 1 for a boxer short - 1 for a boxer brief Detailed info: - has to look realistic (fabric texture applied) - has to be able to edit the belt, the rest of the fabric and the stitches separatly (apply colour or texture on a flat file > gets modelized on the product) - has to be able to put an embroided badge on the product (that can be edited on a flat image, then is rendered on product) More info if needed !
