Simple wordpress post editor v2

A user wants to make a post on the news blog, and sets up an account via our form. The user chooses username and password, so we need to have security to prevent multiple use and username and e-mail. An e-mail is send to an admin when the new user has registered, and the new user can use the account when this admin has accepted/activated the account. The user gets an e-mail when this has been done. When logged in, a user can choose between the following actions: - Create a post - Edit a post - Delete a post - Upload up till two images ( when uploaded the images are resized to a size provided by admin in settings for the plug-in) - Choose category for the post via select box.
