Hi, I'm Rafael Benard, I'm an expert on IT security and I've worked with giant sites to fix and prevent any kind of hack when that happens fixing servers, hardening them so they're protected and also making recommendations on the software. Now, the problem is that someone entered on your server but at first I'll need to see if they hacked the server directly or they scalated privilegies from one of the sites, after that I'll block their access to the server and start the cleanup. The clean up it's done without considering the software, so, doesn't matter if they've vBulletin, WP, Opencart or any kind of script, I'll clean their files and the database, and also, will identify the files that have been changed recently to look for their codes. Some hackers hide their codes with a base64 encryption so, I'll also remove that crap. Anyways, I just want to say that I'll get it done quickly, today itself and the job it's guaranteed, so I'll also help you to harden the server, so you don't get hacked again!
