I need a slight modification made to the default setting of a customized PHP wordpress plugin. Currently when non registered users visit the page with the plugin shortcode, based on the PHP logic, they see 3 collapsed drop down menues (attached screen shot 1). I would like to modify the plugin so that unregistered users, by default, instead see the 3rd dropdown menu uncollapsed (attached screen shot 2). Automatic bids will be ignored.
