Custom Wordpress Plugin To Build

I am looking to hire a php Wordpress developer to build a plugin for my website only to publish to blog. This is, what plugin will do in details : 1. Every 1 minute will check RSS fed from [login to view URL] for new stories on RSS feed and check, if it is already published on [login to view URL] by verifying the subject. If the story is not yet published, it will take the text, without hyperlinks, just plain text, as in example at [login to view URL] , no ads to copy, just a post body and pictures in the original post order, alligned to the left and publish it on [login to view URL] under admin account, in World Wide Top Headlines News category, with 6 keywords defined by 6 most frequent words in the post. Developer, who can build this for me will have another job within a week of testing the final product and long term cooperation. I am planing to build huge news website, tons of mods, plugins, everything custom build, so developer will have lot of money from us.
