This bid is to create a PHP Mail form and its corresponding HTML form code generator for an automated newsletter management system. This will be a complete program so pay attention to the user interface. Some form of end-user documentation will also be needed. You will need to use Object Oriented Programming extensively. Also, your code should be well commented. The program will use an Absolute Database file ([login to view URL]) to generate the fields for the form. The program will be able to customize the PHP/HTML code with the email address of the user and the subject of the email as well. There will be two types of PHP Email/HTML form data that will be generated by the program: 1. Single Opt-In: This is fairly straightforward method of subscription. There will be one set of PHP code and one set of HTML form code. When the form is filled on a website and the ‘Submit’ button is clicked, an email with the data is sent to the specified (“OUR??) email address. Please see the attached zip file (“[login to view URL]?) to see example code for this method. 2. Double Opt-In: Most countries now require that users should have the ability to double opt-in to the mailing list. We will need to have this option in our program as well. There will be TWO sets of PHP code. Set one will create a cookie on the user’s computer and send him and email with a link to the Second PHP file, which will confirm the email address and send an email to OUR email address to subscribe the user to our list. There will be several forms in this example. Please see the attached zip file (“[login to view URL]?) to see an example for this method. You have complete independence on how you would like to generate the code for the enduser. You can ask the enduser to create these files in a folder etc. WHATEVER IT IS, IT SHOULD BE END USER FRIENDLY…. You will use the ‘Contacts’ table in the database and that table may have a variable number of fields. The following fields will be hidden from the user so you won’t be needing them to generate form code. 1. ‘CT_ID’ 2. ‘CT_Subscribed’ 3. ‘CT_Status’ 4. ‘CT_OptIns’ 5. ‘CT_Log’ 6. ‘Domain’ 7. ‘smtp’ I have attached a copy of an example Absolute Database file. Please describe how you will design the application along with your bid.. Do not hesitate to ask me questions. This is a fairly easy project and the experienced coder will have no problem doing it.
