VB.net DTS Import/Export Wizard CLone

I am looking for a VB.NET Based SQL DTS Style Import/Export Wizard clone that Will Import a passed in Datatable into SQL Server 2000 based on the user selected import format: ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Fully Documented Code with Error handling 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The following Functionallity: A Datatable will be passed into this dll and functions, containing the new data. The Existing Data will reside in SQL2000. The user will select 1 of 4 import formats Crtieria - will be a where expression builder that you will create, similar to access query builder. 1.) Destructive - will overwrite all existing records that match selected criteria (Above). 2.) Import New - will compare New Datatable with existing data and only import new rows identified by a field [MotorID] 3.) Imports Changes - will compare New Datatable with existing data and only Import New Rows and Differences in the new Datatable for existing records 4.) Import and Delete - will compare New Datatable with existing data, Import New Rows, Delete Rows not in New DT and update existing rows with any differences from new data. The Changes will be displayed to the user in tabbed datagrids before they are sent to DB and will have these tabs - New Rows - shows just the new rows - Modified Rows - will show existing row with new row underneath with Changes indicated by red cell backcolor - Deleted rows - show rows to be deleted. User will select Commit button to send to database User will be able to mapp/ignore columns like in DTS Transformations tab. ## Platform Win XP, 2003
