Internet Component Download CAB/INF/DLL

I have a program that I need to distribute over the Web. I have a DLL file and an associated INF file. The install works fine if I do it on my local computer. But I can not seem to get the CAB file to download/unpack over the Internet with the HTML Object tag. Probable cause for the problem is probably related to ClassID/GUID or Version number, however I'm not positive. Program needs to be signed and installed when a user visits a web page. Internet Explorer only. ## Deliverables Working program ## Deadline information ASAP. 1 day.
