Browser and PDF search engine

I have a small business where we scan paper files and create TIF and PDF files for our clients. I presently use a simple search program to do this, branded with my company name. What I am looking for is someone to write a program that: 1. Create a customized Internet and File Browser that installs easily and quickly, that is they can use it to go online or search for their files. 2. Has the abilty to search pre-selected folder(s) where PDFs, etc. are stored, also in sub-folders under the main folder. It should be able to look acroos multiple folders very quickly and on local C-drive, their servers or online. 3. Launch appropriate application when file is found 4. Have a tool bar where I could put a customized image in with my logo or client logo or combo of both where we have the client's logo and say "powered by My Company" 5. Have the ability to add a unique icon on desktop for each customer where we can put a customized image to launch application. 6. Program must be able to launch in a few seconds ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All Windows O/S from 98 onward and all versions of Adobe Reader from 4.0 onward
