Automated Web Site that allows real estate agents to create and e-mail html e-Fliers to one or more e-mail lists we have stored on our server. Customer will create an account, entering contact info and uploading company logo (or selecting from our library of logos) and agent photo. Next, they should select one of 5 e-flier templates and the appropriate color scheme. Next they would fill in the template order form with images and property description. After this they would review a proof, have the ability to edit e-flyer, then pay online (or with a credit card over the phone) for distribution. After paying, they should be able to schedule their e-flier for distribution to the lists they paid for on the date and time they select.
